The houses are spacious, designer-built, with large windows - created for rest and relaxation. The garden terrace and hot tub create the perfect conditions for outdoor recreation.

Here, every morning you wake up to the singing of birds, you can enjoy the terrace with a view of the greenery, and spend cozy evenings by the fire. Bicycle routes and hiking trails lead through fragrant pine forests to the sea. Just 1.5 km from the house are the popular restaurants Ewa Zaprasza and Sami Swoi, as well as several small grocery stores. We look forward to welcoming you to Zielonka in Sasin!

We fell in love with Ulinia, where we are surrounded by pristine wild nature. Our adventure began with Momenty, but it is here that we continue to create unique homes on our own. Thanks to the panoramic windows, our guests can admire the surrounding nature. We are located 5 km from beautiful, wild beaches in this part of the coast in the Natura2000 area.
