Holiday rentals with a patio in Leavenworth County

2 bedroom, 2 bath for us two couples with nice size bedrooms. Spacious living and dining combination room. Kitchen was good sized and was well appointed with dishes, coffee maker, and pots & pans. We were there for a wedding in Bonner Springs. Our 4 night stay included some tourist sights and wedding events in downtown KC which was a less than a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

From the moment I walked into Cheryl's place I knew I was in the right place. I loved everything about it. I was in Overland Park for a convention and ended up working long days. It was so nice to come home to such a peaceful and well-appointed space. The apartment is very spacious and has every thing you would ever need. It is within walking distance of downtown Overland Park, which is a lovely town with great places to eat and get coffee. Cheryl is a very friendly and attentive host. I loved that she cares about meeting her guests and I enjoyed my converstion with her and her husband. All around this apartment is a gem and I look forward to returning. Thank you Cheryl!

We loved this super cute apartment. 4 of us girls had a night out and was a great location to walk to Power and Light. Super clean and felt safe!! Great to get breakfast across the street before checking out the next morning!

The place was pristine and was everything it was described as. Alot of really nice personal touches that were lovely. Was in a great neighbourhood, felt very safe in an unfamiliar area. katrin was very accomodating also.

Fantastic stay for us! The place was very clean and in a good location near all the activities we planned for our KC trip! All of the instructions for getting into the apartment were clear and easy to follow. The parking garage was a great option, super secure and right next to the complex. We plan to stay here again anytime we are in Kansas City!

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

Great spot. Easy access to restaurants, and attractions, off street parking. Exactly what I was looking for. Kellie gave some great recommendations as well.

We had a great stay, it’s exactly as pictured. Good ac which is important during summers in KC. Comfy bed and sofa, the kitchen was fully stocked for everything we needed. The only thing I was surprised by was it was pretty noisy when the upstairs neighbors would walk around, but I thankfully it wasn’t too frequent. I’d easily stay here again. Jake was also super proactive and clear in communications so we didn’t need much during our stay.

I just want to say if we ever end up in Leavenworth again, we will 100% be booking here again. It was the perfect little house for my husband, 7 mo old baby and I. It was clean, cute and cozy. We felt safe, we had access to the whole house - it wasnt shared - and the host thought of every detail to make us feel at home. Coffee, tea, and snacks were provided as well as soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc.. The host was really responsive and nice, and we enjoyed our stay so much we didn’t want to leave!

The home was great.... It was old, but it was great..... Plenty of room for us.... Plenty of privacy... I love old homes, so her place made it great... Easy access to all over Kansas City.... Very easy check in, great communication, great location, very clean, great water pressure in shower and bathtub, fully stocked with everything we needed. It was a great 4 night stay.. They were very responsive and accommodating with us. They were able to make arrangements with us last minute. We enjoyed our time there and the host was super responsive to us!

We had a great stay here. The place was clean and welcoming. Sheena was very responsive and took care of several of our cooking needs in very timely manner. She went above and beyond. We were in town for a softball tournament and asked if there was a cooler and wagon available. There wasn’t, but she bought new ones to make them available for us. We stay in a lot of Air BnB’s, and Sheena is one of the best hosts we’ve had. We will be staying here again if the need arises.

We loved are stay here. Very quiet, new, clean and an air conditioner that worked well. It was so fun to walk to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was 10 cents per hour….cheap! We will stay here again!

Very modern and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Directions were perfectly understandable.
