“A cottage with the WOW factor! Easy to find, Rhoda & John were amazing hosts, kept in contact with us up until we arrived. The cottage is stylishly decorated and I loved the finishing touches- the diffusers they had smelt amazing, there was a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, a guest book to fill in with comments about our stay, super soft dressing gowns and my favourite part... a HUGE hot tub. Although we had amazing weather during our stay, you really don’t need it to be, the jacuzzi has a wooden hut built around it with stools and a breakfast bar! (Complete with hooks where you can hang your towels/robes- it’s the little things!). There is huge fields surrounding the cottage which is great for early morning walks! Views are also amazing! My partner and I loved every minute of it, it really is a beautiful place to stay.”
A comfortable one bed flat with tv, living room with tv, small kitchenette, fridge etc. Shops nearby and 5 min drive/20 mins walk to town centre - a large town within easy reach of the beautiful Suffolk countryside and only a short drive to the sea-side. Just to let you know we have priced the flat very fairly and this means we cannot include breakfast. The flat has no central heating but there are plenty of free standing heaters available which keeps the flat warm and cosy.
“We enjoyed a two night break over new year. We already knew the area as we had previously lived there for over 30 years! Everything was just as Kathy had said. We found check in easy and the flat was warm and welcoming. It was also very quiet considering it was on a main road. If we need a place to stay in the future we will not hesitate to use Kathy’s place again. Thank you.”
