“Felipe's place was clean and functional, and a great value. Easy to work with Felipe, and his communication was quick and to the point. Thanks, Felipe.”
Enjoy this delightful Hyco Lake bungalow only 11 miles from VIR with a private wooded setting and gentle sloping lot to the lake. The house provides waterfront views with lots of windows and natural light. Have morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day on the deck accessible through french doors just off the main living space. The single private boat dock allows access for your own boat or just a nice place to hang out with your family and friends and go for a swim or enjoy some fishing.
“My family and I spent the Thanksgiving holidays there and had a great time. A beautiful bungalow with a beautiful view, clean, and a fully equipped kitchen. We plan to go back, if available, in the summer so we can enjoy the lake.”
Very unique architecture on Hyco Lake! The glass walls on the main level provide excellent natural lighting! Wood exposed beams, huge glass windows, harwood floors, concrete wood burning fireplace, updated kitchen, huge screened in porch opened to the main living area all add to the beauty of this midcentury modern property. The boat dock provides lake access where the paddle boards and kayaks are available to guests! Miles from VIR raceway and convenient to the Triangle & Triad areas!
“We absolutely loved The Glass House on Hyco. Michael was a fabulous host who responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. The house was perfect for our little family. We ate all of our meals on the screened in porch, grilled out, swam and floated every day, paddle boarded and fished in the kayak (my husband caught catfish, trout, and bass). Plus the outdoor shower was a nice bonus! Michael has created multiple beautiful places to relax. We were all very impressed! Can’t wait to go back again!”
