Our remodeled 52' houseboat berthed in a natural bird sanctuary marina may be just what you need. Houseboat is fully equipped with all updated appliances, heating, A/C , marble shower, plus 2 flatscreen TVs, dishwasher, electric recliners and great views and sunsets. Update: just installed new state of the art, whisper quiet, ductless HVAC system & shade awnings.
“We enjoyed our stay in Kemah on Drake’s Boat. The marina is very nice and the grounds are well maintained. The pool was wonderful. The dock carts are very helpful for loading and unloading. The marina is close to the boardwalk and stores for anything you might need. It is a one level house boat. The shower is nice but the water pressure is low but still very usable. Everything was clean. Staying on the boat is similar to camping. You’re roughing it smoothly. We would definitely go back.”
Room accommodations include 1 bedroom with queen bed with your own private entry and bath. This room overlooks the spa and pool located just a few steps away. A second adjoining bedroom with queen bed is also available for an additional fee. Prior guests have said Paradise Villa feels like their own private resort and love that it's conveniently located so close to NASA, Kemah, Galveston and other attractions.

I will continue stay at Mr. Greg and Mrs. Jeaneane's really clean and welcoming Airbnb because of.many factors. This.lSt stay found me checking in past 1am. Not a problem with them. The pool and hot tub were waiting for me to use because I had requested. A big pool towel and pool remote were nicely waiting for me at the corner of the very comfortable bed as I entered. This is a space where a yoga mat is provided and a beautiful and very private yard are available as well. It really is very relaxing, clean, well equipped location. It really is and I really do feel fortunate to have found this particular Airbnb. You will not regret it.”
