Francis was an amazing host. We had a holiday disaster having to evacuate the chateau we were staying in. We enquired with Francis, and he replied and made his house available to us the very same day. His hosting was amazing throughout the holiday. The house is a great space for a group, beautiful garden and fantastic large pool and outdoor dining area. The whole experience was 5 stars. Thank you Francis once again

We were two couples with two toddlers and a 4-year-old child. We had a great stay and were very well hosted by Lauren's friends. A small aperitif basket was waiting for us in the kitchen: great attention. On the other hand, especially if you have small children: the pool is not heated and cannot be covered to recover heat, as it did not look very nice the days before our arrival it was between 20 and 22° max.

Three of us had a great stay at this beautiful, old stone house which was lovely and cool during the hot weather as wall as enjoying the figs from the tree in the large attractive garden. The pool was also singular delight in this weather. The house is extremely well equipped and comfortable - we did enjoy playing billiards on the proper billiards table - and is quite old fashioned, which is much to our taste.

Le Cheval d’Or is a haven of peace - charmingly furnished, spotlessly clean and delightfully verdant with beautiful views and a most inviting swimming pool. Jenni and Tomas looked after us wonderfully, with just the right amount of attention. The food and wine they prepared was amazing - Tomas’ passion and skill shines through. I thoroughly recommend this property for a relaxing and luxurious holiday ❤️

Excellent surprise that Colette's house, the old mansion of a miller upstream of the mill, from the garden open to the beautiful surrounding nature with direct access to the river for swimming. Our family with kids loved staying at Colette's place who was welcoming. friendly and considerate. The place and its surroundings is simply magical: greenery, white water, hiking and cycling hikes, tree climbing, castles, abbeys, museums, caves and of course Perigord local cuisine were on the agenda. The house was the ideal refuge after busy days, with its comfortable bedding and complete amenities to ensure a peaceful and refreshing stay. Shops and services are nearby. We hope to come back! The welcome at Arnaud and Maud's was impeccable, and our stay in their home went wonderfully. The place is soothing, has stunning views of the surrounding area, and is an ideal base from which to explore the Dordogne. The two houses, perfectly equipped, were very comfortable and perfectly suited to hosting 12 guests. If we have a chance, we will come back without hesitation!

We had a great time. Monique took good care of us by offering us her accommodation as part of a very large estate in the middle of nature, well maintained and very refreshing. There is no shortage of activities in the area, contact with traders has been excellent and all the necessary amenities are within a 10-minute drive. We just regretted one thing... it's not being able to stay longer. Monique, thank you for taking care of us, throughout our stay. This is by giving us the autonomy we need to live this experience in a pleasant, personalized and rewarding way.

We have a wonderful holiday behind us! This villa is located in a quiet forest, away from all the hustle and bustle. Here you can unwind completely. Our children mainly enjoyed the pool (no chlorine). The piano and board games are also a nice extra. The house itself is fully equipped and very well maintained, you have everything on hand. The rooms are tip top in order and very spacious. Franck and Florence will welcome you with a smile and give you a lot of tips about attractions nearby. We went back home with regret in our hearts, we'd love to come back!

Beautiful character house with a beautiful pool, a huge lot and a very nice large terrace. It's a great place to stay for a big family and have a good time. In addition, Pascale is very responsive in case of questions, very welcoming (thank you for the small basket filled on arrival) and concerned about the well-being of the tenants.

We were 3 hens with several children. There are numerous bedrooms and bathrooms. Two kitchens with a large table, 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines and 3 refrigerators: which is very convenient when you're 16! The property is large enough to allow a 20-minute walk around 3 ponds. It's very peaceful! The pool area is also lovely.

We had an excellent stay at Anita's. There were 14 of us, the place is perfectly suited for a large number of people. The cottage was very clean. Anita was a perfect host, she was always very responsive during our exchanges. I recommend this place 200% if you are a large group.

We had a great week with our friends and children at Jan and Anny's. It is a beautiful house well equipped with all the comforts for adults, children and babies. A small package of basic necessities (oil, salt, pepper, milk, wine, etc.) was offered to us as well as small touches for our children. THANK YOU very much! The house is in the quiet countryside with a large heated and maintained pool, a petanque court for amateurs and lots of games for children (trampoline, slide, swing...). Jan and Anny live right next door and are very discreet and responsive if you need anything. A property that we would recommend without hesitation and where we will happily come back. Thank you

A beautiful home where everyone felt good. The big plus of course the pool but also the summer kitchen. A very nice exterior. The piano and the chess/lady game were a plus. The owner is very attentive to us. I recommend.

Simply the perfect Airbnb experience! Nadyne's unbelievable rural villa was even better than we expected from the photos. Nadyne and her husband were super flexible and understanding at check in as we got held up by traffic so arrived a little late. They immediately made us feel right at home with a perfect balance of instructions where needed but also an immediate sense of trust to let us discover their incredible place by ourselves. We are a family of 4 and the villa felt HUGE. Highlights were the multiple terraces to enjoy sun or shade any time of day, the fabulous heated pool, the enormous garden and many, many activities for us to enjoy, table tennis, football goals, pool table room. We even flew a kite and set up a garden triathlon the grounds are so big! The village itself was small and quiet as we expected but has a good shop, boulangerie, and 2 restaurants. There is plenty to do nearby by car or bike on a day trip. 100% recommend / advise to anyone. Thank you Nadyne!

great stay at stephane's, accommodation as described and house even more spacious than in the photos. outdoor and very pleasant pool that can be heated if needed. stephane is responsive and very friendly, we'll happily return on vacation.
