Natakam is very well located, surrounded by nature less than 5 minutes from the village of Lac-aux-Sables and its magnificent beach (one of the most beautiful in Quebec). You can also hike, bike, golf and swim directly in front of the chalet. Welcome to mountain biking and snowmobiling.

Access to the lake and boats, fishing, walking trails, wildlife watching. There are no residences around the lake, except for the owner’s residence on the estate: peace and quiet guaranteed.

The Lumberjack's Cottage

At the Chalet du Bûcheron, you will enjoy a peaceful and bright place, in the heart of nature in Mauricie. It is designed to accommodate 6 people. Wood is omnipresent, offering you a warm environment. It is located in the undergrowth and will appeal to lovers of hiking, and bike, mountain bike or snowmobile rides. A boat ramp is less than a mile away, giving access to Lac Mékinac. Note that the lumberjack's cabin is not intended for events or parties.

Peaceful 2-story cottage on the shores of Lac des Américains in the municipality of Lac-aux-Sables. Windowed facade with terrace overlooking the lake. Access to the dock and mobile floating dock with electric motor (lake without motors). Three bedrooms with double beds. Hot tub and pool table on site. Equipped kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, full bathroom, large windows and huge terrace with river view are worth mentioning. Part of the terrace is covered to enjoy it even if it rains. A private dock is available in summer (100-step staircase).
