The renovation of the building, which has been underway since the beginning of the year, is nearing completion at the rear, where my apartment is located. Scaffolding dismantling work will be in progress until the end of July, which may cause some noise on weekdays until 5 pm. The price has therefore been revised downwards. For my apartment, access to the terrace will be possible and the scaffolding will be dismantled by 15 July. From 1 August, the situation will be back to normal.
