Only 6 minutes from Libourne, 25 minutes from Saint-Emilion, 35 minutes from Bordeaux, and 1 hour from ocean beaches, it is ideally located for you to discover our wonderful wine region.

Air-conditioned living room with 140/190 sofa bed and TV. Bedroom standard double bed 140/190 cm , bedside tables, ample storage, desk. Separate bathroom and toilet. Garden with terrace, barbecue, sunbeds . Parking lot in the yard. No smoking house. We do not accept pets.

This house is in the city center and close to all shops (1 km max) Completely renovated in 2022, it is located halfway between Bordeaux and Périgueux, at the gates of the Bergerac and Saint Emilion vineyards and 25 km from the historic site of the Battle of Castillon. The nearby Double Forest and Isle River will allow you to enjoy the calm of the Périgord Blanc. A few kilometers away you can also access supervised swimming lakes during the summer.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
