Elle est vaste (120 m²), tout confort avec une connexion wifi trés haut débit. Elle possède une spacieuse varangue (40 m²), une piscine de 21 m² chauffée (en hiver) avec vue sur l’océan, une cuisine et bar d'été avec plancha ainsi que 2 places de parking privé.
