Super clean place in a quiet, family-friendly area. The location is great — close to everything you might need, and the residence feels really safe. The host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. Everything went smoothly! The only small thing was the TV screen, which had a bit of an issue, but it still worked fine. Not a big deal at all. Would definitely recommend!

The house was very nice, the kitchen was very good, the ambiance was very good, and the location was good. I think only the air conditioner motors made a little noise, but it wasn't too much of a problem. I liked it very much.

The place is beautiful. I love the style with stones and beige marble everywhere. Perfectly equipped. At night you can hear the road a little in 2 of the bedrooms because they are on the road side (it is not a very busy road however). The master bedroom (with ensuite bathroom) is quieter because on the harbor side. The rest of the accommodation is very quiet. The location is great, in a clean and quiet area of Tunis. Hedia welcomed us very warmly and made himself available even at 5am for our departure! We felt really good in this place. We would make the same choice again without hesitating!

Mahdi’s place was a home away from home! We booked the studio too! It was sparkling clean and had everything you need during your stay as a family. Safa welcomed us when we arrived and left us with some water, bread, cakes and other stuff for breakfast :) she showed us around both of the properties and recommended some great places to eat and visit. She was super responsive on whats app and kept in touch during our stay! The kids enjoyed the apartment and sidi bou said! Our apartment was a 2 min walk to the busy street with the shops and food spots. The popular cafe des delices was a 4-5 min walk and walking down to the beach took about 20 mins. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighbourhood. I even made some cat friends and left them bowls of water outside :) thank you to Mahdi for letting us check out later since we had a night flight! I would love to visit again :)

Hedi was extremely helpful and responsive. House is absolutely beautiful and the location is perfect..steps away from the main Street in Sidi Bou Said. Rooftop terrace had an amazing view. The House was very private and comfortable!

really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment. From the moment we arrived, Lamaane was a wonderful host—she kindly waited for us to arrive and personally handed us the keys, which made check-in seamless. The apartment felt like a home away from home. It was well-stocked with toiletries, and there were plenty of towels, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We also found many fantastic restaurants within walking distance that we absolutely loved. The location was excellent—just a 15-minute walk to the beach—and catching a cab was easy from the nearby roundabout. It’s also only a 15–20 minute cab ride to major attractions like the Medina and Carthage, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. One thing to note is that the neighborhood can get quite noisy at night due to cars, dogs, and cats. We needed to keep the windows open to allow air circulation, as it got warm while sleeping. That was the only downside to an otherwise wonderful experience.

Very pleasant stay at Meher's for a family wedding in Tunis. The accommodation was very good, clean, well-equipped and well-located. Communication with Meher was very easy and spontaneous and with very good responsiveness. Thank you for everything. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Amazing apartment. The host was very collaborative. Lac 2 is a delightful destination. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops are situated in close proximity to the apartment. I recommend the host and the apartment.

1st floor accommodation in a family house with separate entrance. 5* for cleanliness, comfort and amenities. Mariem was always quick to respond and happy to help with information and suggestions. Approx 10-15 mins from Tunis Airport (10-12 Dinars if the driver used the taxi meter), 5 mins walking distance to TGM station L'Aeroport or 7 mins to TGM Kheireddine. Train leaves from Kheireddine towards La'Marsa and Sidi Bou Said at half past every hour and cost 0.5D pp. If you wish to travel to Avenue Habib Bourguiba which leads to the old Medina/ Bab-el-Bhar, You can take a louage (yellow local shared taxi van) from the main roundabout (5 mins walk) for 1.6D pp. Around this roundabout, you will also find many food options. 2 supermarkets are approx 2-3 minutes walk, Carrefour being the better option. Fresh fruit stalls, coffee shops, little street food huts and a bakery with fresh bread and other products are all approx 2-3 minutes. Overall, a very pleasant stay with a young family.

We had a great stay as a couple in Hichem's studio. The accommodation is faithful to the photos, small but well thought out and functional. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant, with a bus stop 2 minutes away that allows you to easily move to Sidi Bou Saïd, La Marsa, La Goulette or the center of Tunis for 1DT per person. Grocery stores in the neighborhood, a Monoprix and terraces 5-10 min walk. Hichem was really nice, very responsive and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
