The apartment is located in a very quiet street just 1-minute from Rue de Bourg and Saint-François (restaurants, bars, shops) You will find three supermarkets (Coop, Aldi, Lidl) within 2-minute walk from the apartment. All mayor bus lines & the metro station Bessières (m2) is located within a 2-minute walk and it’s just 3 stops to Lausanne train station. you can also walk to the train station within 10 min.

Central & Luxury: 5BR Artistic Apartment

This unique, art-filled apartment is in a listed 1939 building by Mon Repos park, 2 min from metro & center. You’ll enjoy 100 m² of private space (5.5 rooms total, 135 m²). I usually live here but will be away: you will have full privacy. One bedroom stays closed for groups under 6 people. unless needed. If you needs more comfort in separate rooms (e.g. 2 guests in 2 beds, or 3 in 3), I’ll open it for CHF 40/night. All are welcome, wherever you’re from, whatever you believe, whoever you love.

Cozy studio with separate kitchen and lots of natural light. Unbeatable location. Right in the center of Lausanne, with all amenities nearby. A few minutes' walk away: Lausanne train station Metro and multiple bus lines All kinds of restaurants and cafés Cinema Supermarket - at the train station, open until midnight Montbenon Park Parking (paid) Lake Lausanne is just a few metro stops away or a 20-minute walk. We do not have Wi-Fi. We do not allow pets.

Multiple bus stops around the apartment. Covered parking at Le Valentin is a 1-min walk away.

Appartment close to everything

Nice 2.5 room apartment for 2 people maximum, in a small building with character, high ceilings, quiet. The apartment is located in a privileged area, and close to everything: Lausanne train station (1km), Bellerive beach (1km), Migros store (100m), Milan park and its botanical garden (100m). The apartment has a double bed, and a convertible sofa bed allowing sleeping 2 people separately. A private parking space ( max 4m long ) is available.

Entire place

The entire place is at the guest's disposal. The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful location close to shops ( Coop, denner, migros, ...) restaurants and pharmacies, but also stops public transport ( metro and buses). I would like to clarify that the accommodation does not have free parking space. However, guests by vehicle can park their cars in public parking lots. Blue spots are free. You have to have a record.
