This independent accommodation, completely renovated in early 2019, is located in the large wooded garden of the owners (charming couple). We are resident in Santa Lucia Park, a residential estate in St Raphael. Our villa and this small house are in a large garden, quiet, 2 steps from the sea (3 minutes walk). Amazing sea views, you'll see it from the couch or from the terrace:-) The apartment has its garden and is in direct proximity to the beach (right in front of the garden), all shops and activities. You won't need your car. The small train station of Agay will allow you to get around very easily. Calm accommodation and relaxing holidays!
