On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

The Jacuzzi, on the covered terrace, is heated all year round and is only for you. The nearest shops (bakery, grocery store, butcher shop) are 4 km away in THENAY, and all other shops are 7 km away in CONTRES. Furnished tourist property not suitable for hosting people with disabilities. NO AIR CONDITIONING but 2 fans.

It is not a converted cellar but a real dwelling dug into the hillside and inhabited for more than three centuries. Furnished keeping as much as possible the original materials, it is a cozy and warm nest with a nice well enclosed garden, close to amenities.

Between Cheverny and Chambord, you will be seduced by the quiet and bucolic environment of our 34 m² cottage located in the heart of the Sologne countryside. Composed of an entrance, a living room with an equipped kitchen and a sofa bed (130 cm: for 2 children or 1 adult), a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Terrace area with unobstructed views of our park of more than 2 hectares (not fenced).

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is embedded in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its irregularity. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non-convertible sofa that can be used as a small bed.

The residence of les Caves Archées is situated in the village of Bourré within close proximity of Montrichard in the Cher Valley. The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it. This position makes the location of the house a haven of peace and tranquillity.
