The apartments are located in Šumava in a quiet location on the outskirts of the mountain village of Stachy near the forest at an altitude of 780 m above sea level. It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski resort Zadov – Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that separates it from the surroundings and ensures privacy. Apartment Poplená is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 71 m2 for 5+1 people. Around the house, there is a large garden with a sauna. It is a 10-minute walk to the center with shops. There is also a pharmacy in the village.

Cozy cottage in the foothills of Šumava

The cottage is situated as a smaller, quiet and detached house near the beautiful and historically preserved village of Lčovice in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains. The local conditions are ideal for cycling, walking, mushroom picking, skiing and lounging. The cottage is practically furnished for the winter season, has its own fenced garden with parking and plenty of space for relaxation. The covered terrace is equipped with armchairs and a table, garden loungers, a parasol, a grill and is located on a sunny southern slope overlooking the Šumava surroundings.

Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Vacation home

Holiday cottage from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2018. Our guests have at their disposal an entire separate cottage with a living room with kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom on the ground floor, along with a Finnish sauna made of lime wood and two bedrooms in the attic, one bedroom for 3 adults and a larger bedroom for 4 adults (or two adults and three children). All in Šumavské Podlesí. You can use the garden and seating with a grill. Guests have full privacy.

Our cottage

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
