Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Lawrenceville, Pittsburgh

Six adults and one child stayed here while in town for a wedding. It was a perfect place for everybody all of the kids toys books and pack and play was a nice addition and one of the reasons we chose this spot the loft acted as our playroom which worked out perfectly. There were so many thoughtful details that made this place stand out. The neighborhood seemed to be a little rougher, but not so much so that we ever felt unsafe or anything. I would completely recommend this place to anyone looking for a spot in Pittsburgh.

Dave is a terrific host and goes to great lengths to take care of his guest and make sure they are comfortable. The home is well maintained and can accommodate a small group stay. Dave’s place has everything you need for a convenient stay. House has three levels and stairs so this not for anyone with mobility issues. Location is in proximity to downtown and the main attractions. Neighborhood is mostly walkable but is one I would consider undergoing a transition. Dave gives helpful instructions and I thought his place was very user-friendly. The upstairs office has creative vibes so if you’re a writer who needs quiet space conducive to working then consider it as a nice amenity. Overall, it’s a nice stay and I would return.

We had a really nice stay. The neighborhood is super family friendly (5 mins to a playground) and peaceful/quiet residential area. Easy street parking. Kitchen was great for home cooked meals; plenty of clean linens. Host was incredibly responsive and proactive. The house isn’t quite as new and polished as the pictures might make it appear - but it is perfectly nice (just some areas of paint cracks/chipping, wear around the house/patio furniture). The rooms also smaller than the pictures would make them seem, including the upstairs bathroom. Although the house is right next to a big park, there isn’t really an easy direct access to the park. All in all though, we had a nice stay.

Jim was a fantastic host—super friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout our stay. His home was absolutely beautiful, with modern, high-end appliances, plenty of comfortable seating, and beds that were incredibly cozy. The hot tub was a standout feature—amazing jets that really helped with my back pain. It was the perfect way to relax after long days out. The location was also great—close to beautiful mountain views, great places to eat, and just a short drive from PNC Park. We were in Pittsburgh to catch some baseball games, and this spot made the whole trip even better. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I've had. I would highly recommend staying here and will most definitely be back!

This is the most unique place I've stayed. It's in a great location, super close to restaurants and major highways. Easy access to downtown Pittsburgh. Highly recommend.

Clean and Great Location on a quiet street; very close to The turnpike and Route 376 making it very easy to get around and into Pittsburgh. Lots of nearby restaurants and stores. Check in was easy. Home was very comfortable and cozy just like the pictures. It had all we needed. We will definitely be back next time we visit Pittsburgh

Amazing views of Pittsburgh and the river. This place feels like a park with lots of wildlife all around with a view of the city! We loved the snacks and breakfast food that was provided. My son really enjoyed the trains that passed by down the hill along with watching boats, planes, cars and helicopters pass by. I enjoyed the birds and deer and the amazing photo backdrop for the kids. The driveway and yard was big enough for the kids the run around and play. Great home!!

Convenient location and cute place. Definitely recommend!

We were in town for the Inaugural Pittsburgh Belly Dance workshops and Fair and the location was perfect. Jack allowed us to drop our things off early which was very convenient! We had ample parking and it was perfect for the three of us aged mid 50’s to mid 70’s. He had motion lights outside the house that put me at ease when we’d arrive late at night after the shows and dinner. Jack was very sweet and responsive!

Joel and his place were outstanding. Extremely helpful from start to finish. His 4 bedroom was perfect for us due to proximity to downtown, local restaurants and quick to get to US Open. I can't say enough about his communications, responsiveness and instructions for his bnb... we didn't have to think about anything but to just enjoy ourselves. You will love your stay.

This place is a hidden gem. It was exactly what I needed. This place is better in person! Can't wait for the next visit!

Kelly hosted my brother for two months while he was apartment hunting. She was gracious and accommodating. The space is absolutely charming! It’s the top floor of a grand old Victorian house in a safe and very walkable, convenient neighborhood. The room is spacious; the bed is huge and comfortable. The cozy armchair is perfect for reading or watching TV. There is a dining area, kitchenette (no sink) with coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven and hot plate. The bathroom is clean and bright. There’s a large, furnished front porch for relaxing and enjoying the local families walking their dogs! If you’re looking for a homey and unique space, Kelly’s place is for you!

We were in town for a wedding and this place was perfect! It was clean and beautifully decorated. All of the windows facing the river were the perfect setting for our morning coffee. It was roomy enough for my family without being on top of each other. It was convenient to many bars, brewerys, and restaurants. The host responded very quickly with any questions we had. We had a great time and would definitely book a stay there again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place w me and my family!

Such a perfect place to stay. The generously equipped kitchen made it possible for me to spontaneously bake a birthday cake for the friend I was visiting. The beds were super comfy and the apartment itself was very unique and beautiful with all the dark wood. Parking is super easy and it’s close to lots of things.

I would have paid double if I knew how good of a host James would be. STAY HERE

Jess went above and beyond as a host and provided suggestions throughout the weekend. We felt like locals! The cabin was so cozy for a friends/couples weekend. The game room was a bonus surprise and so fun for a group! The hot tub was extremely clean and so relaxing after a day of hiking. We all can’t wait to return. The cabin is a GEM! Loved this rustic retreat! It was Soul cleansing. Gwen is an amazing host. If you want to get AWAY, this is the perfect place. I stayed here between places while I was moving, but can see myself going just to take a break. Thanks for everything Gwen!

Loved our stay in octagon home, the host Alex was very responsive and the home is situated in the woods, very private. The house was very clean. The linens were very comfortable. The furniture was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Whenever I travel, I make sure to book somewhere that reminds me of home. Timothy’s property is remote and peaceful, he and his wife are extremely friendly/helpful, and they make visiting such a joy. I definitely plan on booking again any time I come to town to visit old friends. What relaxation!

We came from the other side of the state to celebrate two big family events for the weekend. We needed space to visit with family as well as to prep for an off property grad party - the kitchen had everything we needed & the space to visit with family while we were in the area. Being able to bring out two dogs with us was a huge perk and great last minute decision. The location is quiet, easy to find and the hosts were so kind! The beds were comfortable and had the weather been better it would have been a great place to enjoy the private outdoor space. We hope this location is available for us the next time we visit! This was an awesome place to stay for our honney moon! It was very relaxing and close to so many great towns with so many activities! Also dominos is open until 1 in the morning which was perfect after out wedding lol

We loved this place for a small family looking for some peace and quiet. The cabin was beautiful and we will definitely look to stay again if we are in the area again.
