Which is between Maringa and Maronba! Maringa, where most of the shops in our region are located, is about 3 km from the house to the center! In the Santa Clara Valley, we have several options for hiking to the waterfalls! Santa Clara Waterfall, Toca da Raposa (Fox's Den) and sanctuary.

Mirante do Vale Cottage - Serra da Mantiqueira

Spacious house with an entire glass front, making it possible to see a wonderful sunset every day from the living room. All the rooms in the house overlook the mountains. Located at the top of Serra da Mantiqueira. Dining and living room is integrated with the kitchen and a fireplace. 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 mezzanine with a double mattress. In the leisure area, we have 1 swimming pool. We are building new areas, but when there are guests, there will be no work.

Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
