We felt really well received. John was very hospitable. He had baked bread and offered us that we could take fish in the freezer. The house is cozy… and with the most wonderful view. From the terrace you can walk down to the beach and swim. The house is located in magnificent surroundings with Reitetinden to one side and the fjord and view of the mountains on the other. We recommend John's cabin for people who love nature and tranquility.

We happened to be aware of the property. Luckily, because we spent five days and would have liked to have stayed longer. There were three of us and there was more than enough room. Marika and Mika were always available for questions about the household, ski tours in the area and available equipment. They also gave tips on their personal favorites, which we gladly accepted. It's a wonderful feeling, after a day in the snow and good food, standing on the veranda in the evening and watching the northern lights and hearing the water rippling. We will be happy to come back!

Very nice house with a beautiful view around Narvik

Overall adjective could be hospitable! Karin's comnunication, apartment's tidiness etc. was very fine! Also, it was welcoming, for example there were coffee, chocolate bar, games, necessary things for cooking and so on waiting for you. Pleasurable experience by all means, and easy to recommend!

In 3 days there were 2 great mountain hikes and a lazy beach day. Vinyl player with records was the icing on the cake. The house worked optimally.

Wonderful stay, very cozy home with everything you need. Stunning views from every room with lots of hikes and other activities to do such as husky sledding, visiting the polar park etc. Very responsive host with area recommendations and suggestions. We saw the northern lights most nights. There is no light pollution so it was a spectacular experience. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic cottage in a beautiful place on the water. Lovely terrace with a view. Environment is very nice. Lots of hiking opportunities and not to be missed moose on the island. Thanks Astrid and Uwe for the lovely stay.

The cabin is in the middle of the value surround by beautiful mountains. There are hiking opportunities to the top of the Hill to the south and further along the railroad. We came by train and it was a 5 minute walk to the cabin. Since the cabin is used by the owners it is really well stocked. Note that bed linens and towels are not provided. Marta and Stine were very helpful when we had questions.

We enjoyed ourselves very much - it was perfect for our writing stay in connection with the PhD. We especially enjoyed feeding the hens and bathroom, and Trude's friendly and responsive messages. Thank you Trude!

Rented the apartment in connection with the competition with the dogs in Narvik. Both me and the dogs enjoyed the apartment, it😄 is highly recommended!

The apartment is like an apartment, fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom, living room and bedroom and small entrance area available. Everything was very clean and I have nothing to complain about, except that a hair dryer was missing, which is important, especially during the cold season, to get his wet hair dry for going outside. Particularly noteworthy is the super cozy bedding and the bed itself. Really great and if you are looking for northern lights, this apartment is very well served.

Beautiful views from the property! Lovely balcony with evening sun. Older bathroom but functional. New comfortable bed. Malin was quick to respond to the contact that we had.

The accommodation was very clean and exactly as shown in the description and photos. Everything was as we expected. The location is great – quiet, but still well connected. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back if we visited Narvik again.

The house of Trond was perfect ! Many activities were possible at Jaeger Adventure Camp (Check it on internet). We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host's friendliness, flexibility, and attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. The surrounding nature, especially the stunning fjord, added a breathtaking backdrop to our trip. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay - this home is really hard to beat - so glad we were lucky that it was available. Fresh, neat and clean. Tidy up, please be the thing in place. Pictures and text match the description. A really nice accommodation with several patios and the balcony facing the fjord - a very nice view. Host Ronny nice, quick to feedback and helpful in questions. Highly recommend Ronny and his place. And if we are going back to Narvik sometime, we will definitely see if this home is available:) And was pleasantly surprised by a gift waiting for the table with good in.

Very nice place to stay for our 6 person group. Stayed for a week. We used the kitchen, sauna and outdoors jacuzzi a lot.

We were very well received with a welcome gift and a personal greeting. Clean and nice. Good common areas both outside and inside. Nice and easily accessible hiking trails. We can recommend the place as a good starting point for experiencing the Narvik region.
