The entire property, including the spa, sauna, steam room, terrace and swimming pool, is not shared with other people. Amenities usable all year round: Grand Spa Jacuzzi covered T° adjustable from 30° to 40°, hammam, sauna. Terrace not overlooked. 14-metre swimming pool, heated from early May to late October. The price shown includes cleaning, as well as the provision of sheets, towels and bathrobes. Rental strictly limited to 2 adults and 2 children (no guests are allowed)

Apartment located on the first floor of a private house, private access via an external staircase. I live on the ground floor. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and kitchen utensils. Come and recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting in the heart of nature. Comfort, charm and serenity await you. "La Pitchoune" which affectionately means "The little one" is located on a property of 1.4 hectares, of lawn, flowers, meadow, woods. You will find a swimming pool (4x 8 meters) surrounded by a terrace. You will have direct access from the property to hiking and mountain biking trails. The cottage is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchairs.

The house is a 5-minute drive from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a partially fenced plot of more than 3000 m2. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private road (so no car traffic around) There is a 30 m2 closed kennel.
