Upstairs in the Netherlands, near the Wadden Coast, you will find this sustainable and energy-neutral tiny house. The cottage is furnished with love and down to the last detail. Everything you need is available. It is made entirely of wood and has an area of 30m². The tiny house is located at the back of our property and is surrounded by a natural garden. This gives it a wide view with plenty of privacy. The tranquillity and space in this lovely cottage feels like a real experience, a place to daydream for a while!

Have you always wanted to stay on an estate with a special family history? Then come to Landgoed Overcingel. Experience the peace and space, which was normal then, in a modern setting. In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly to preserve the estate, it was decided to partially convert it into an attractive B&B. Come and stay with the friendly hostess who will welcome you and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together. Equipped with a shower, toilet, water, electricity, internet and heating. Bus stop is 200 meters away.

Inside is a nice sitting corner, stunning views and a cozy dining room with comfortable chairs. The cottage is next to the nature campsite (only open in summer)

"Come and relax in our cottage 'Welgelegen', on the edge of the forest. You can enjoy and relax here. You can also enjoy hiking and nature here. Within 10 minutes, you can be in Dokkum, and within half an hour, you can be in Leeuwarden or Drachten. You can park for free at the forest, right next to the cottage. All basic facilities are available, and this allows you to fully relax and enjoy your stay in Rinsumageast!"
