The Flon district, the opera house and the Palais de Beaulieu are within a 10-minute walk. Also close to many museums The apartment is ideal for 2 people but 3 people can stay there. The University, EPFL, CHUV and the Rudra Bejart School-Workshop are very easily accessible, either by your own means or by public transport. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small 4-story building, listed as historic. It enjoys calm and exceptional sunshine, with a small private terrace It has a high-speed Internet connection that allows you to surf for free with peace of mind.
