Great location, great staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. The room is located in the basement, which might not suit everyone, but I loved it. Surprisingly spacious. The bed was very comfortable, with hotel standard sheets. Very happy to recommend.

We stayed at Janmaree's house for Easter on a family trip. Everything was clean and easy to find and Janmaree was always very responsive and helpful. The view was absolutely breathtaking and we all loved sitting outside by the fire, playing a few games. Janmaree had even gone above and beyond and hid Easter eggs around the house for us - what a lovely gesture! We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Max was a fabulous communicator and the house was great for a large family group. Pool table, lots of living spaces, a gym, the sauna and a fire pit; it all made for a great family holiday. Would recommend to families and friends. Also a fabulous view over the Tamar River.

Fantastic accomodation attached to the main homestead. Warm and comfortable. Extremely comfy bedding. Lizzy is a great host and we will be back next time we visit Tassie

This is the kind of home that makes you want to ditch all your holiday plans to just stay in and make the most of it. Both the luxurious interior and the spacious yard pleased everyone in the family. We would return to Tasmania just to spend another weekend in this stunning house 😊.
