We had a great time at Nick's! The accommodation is in a beautiful setting surrounded by nature and beautiful walks easily accessible. Location is a good option to visit Grenada if you are motorized. The place is tastefully decorated and very warm! We quickly felt at ease there. Nick was easy to reach, helpful and very concerned that our stay went smoothly! We highly recommend this listing!

Place was outstanding! We had such a good time - area fantastic. The home was lovely, outstanding views, beautiful pool area, outside dining area also with incredible view. We loved it there and had a fabulous time in La Herradua. Great beach community. Patricia’s responsiveness was appreciated as were her spot on suggestions! Read her book on the place - super helpful ! Can’t wait to return !

The apartment is well appointed and has character. In season there is a private pool and barbecue. It's easy to park for free about 30m away. Nico is a welcoming and caring host. He gave us lots of information about nearby tours as well as recommendations for bars, restaurants ...

We enjoyed our stay very much. We were looking for private accommodation for a family with a four year old child. So that our daughter could be free in the garden. The pool is clean and very nice. Nearby Orgiva is a charming town. If you want to spend time in peace with your family, this is the place. Breakfast in the shade of an olive tree. Relax by the pool overlooking the beautiful mountains. Barbecue in the evening. Beaches within driving distance. Lots to see nearby (Granada, Pampaneira and more). Antonio is a very communicative and friendly person. He helped us with everything we needed, nothing was a problem. Thank you for everything, we spent a wonderful time here.

All the family members enjoyed our stay and we spent most of our time outside, breakfast at the upstairs terrace, swimming in the pool & reading near it, dinner at downstairs terrace. All sightseeing places reachable with car, while enjoying beautiful scenery. House is well equipped and enough space for three generations of our family. Stephane is quite helpful and always ready to extend necessary support, which made our stay easy and comfortable.

We had a very nice, peaceful stay and I would recommend the place to anyone. Just be aware that the satnav gets confused and the name of the property isn’t shown, making it tricky to find initially. We’ll definitely come back!

Our family of five adults had a wonderful stay here. The view from the balcony facing Alhambra is breathtaking. We enjoyed relaxing there every evening before going out and, on the last night, decided to enjoy our meal there instead. The location is perfect for exploring Granada. As with any place in Albaicin, visitors will have a difficult time getting to the home. Like other tourists, we had to drag our luggage quite a distance. But the destination was worth the effort!

We had a great time staying at this gorgeous house with our dog. Lou was a great host, very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful, well kept and a great place to relax. The village is a beautiful little place to explore too. We recommend a day trip to Playa Rijana if you travel with a dog as its a very nice and dog friendly beach :) Only minor point is that the house is very close to the church and the bells are pretty loud when you have the terrace doors open, but they are reduced in the night time!

la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

We had a fantastic stay at Casa La Bodega. We are a family of 6. Kids aged 10 - 23, and everyone loved the house and pool. From the terraces/outside space, with various far reaching views of the mountains or sea, the garden/grounds with various flowers and fruit/veg plants, and of course the pool, which we pretty much used every day. Internally the house was very well presented, and offered everything you would need. A great, well equipped kitchen, and two lovely shower rooms, with the one upstairs offering great mountain/sea views. There was also plenty of storage in the bedrooms. The community pool was also a hit with us, and only a 5m walk. Such a great chilled out space where you can also grab a drink and snacks from the bar. Our host Adrian was excellent. He gave clear informative instructions before and during our stay. And when we had a minor issue with something, he responded and dealt with it within an hour of us contacting him. He very much enhanced our great stay. Thank you

We had a wonderful time staying in Nadia’s beautiful place. Breathtaking views and many fantastic walks through the mountains. The house is very spacious, beautiful garden, well equipped kitchen, very private and you feel very much in your own space. Nadia was extremely helpful and gave us some great recommendations which really were the cherry on the cake of a longer holiday travelling around the region.

Yet another, fabulous stay. Great location, town and beach on the doorstep but a peaceful oasis to relax. Would highly recommend.

Atypical and rustic house which makes the charm of the latter. The accommodation is well located close to all amenities. We were very well received. We thank our hosts for their kindness.

It is a wonderful location, we especially loved the terrace on the top of the hill with a great view of the sea, but still feeling very private. It was spacious, well-equipped and the interior design was thought through, a great mix of art and local culture right in the old town close to the castle. We felt like locals and as we were there over Easter, we felt privileged to watch the Easter processions passing the house. We had a wonderful time and were very sad when it came to an end. Silvina was easy to reach and always very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Everything was just right for us at the cottage. Feel good from the first moment. An old house, lovingly restored, on a slope full of fruit trees. Overlooking the village and the sea. After sunset, the church tower is illuminated, which is a very nice sight. Everything in the house is beautifully made, from the lighting in the garden and in the pool to the interior design. A special thank you goes to the hosts. This was an Andalusian hospitality that is rare in the world!

We had a brilliant stay here for one week, with four adults and three young children (and there was easily space for more as we unfortunately had one of our families of three cancel last minute). The villa was really clean and well equipped and the location was perfect. You can see the sea from the balcony, and hear it as you sit outside in the garden which is lovely. Comms from the host was great, Raquel was very easy to get in touch with. She had reached out beforehand to let us know to come to her with any questions & we had a problem with the air con, but she was super responsive and got it sorted quickly. Calahonda itself was perfect for a week’s stay with enough different places to eat for lunch / at night, including some lovely places on the beachfront. Plenty of shops for meals at night. Would recommend for anyone looking for a chilled week and Spanish experience - virtually no Brits and English speaking was very limited- in a good way! Thanks for a great stay!
