In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Moorlehrpfad in der Umgebung, schöner (kostenloser) Badesee im Ort, Salzburg mit dem Auto oder der Lokalbahn leicht erreichbar (ca. 35 Min Bahnfahrt und 15 Min Fußweg zum Bahnhof). Optimaler Ausgangspunkt im Grünen für Radtouren und Salzburg-Stadt Besuche!

Reinkommen und wohlfühlen, dabei die tolle Aussicht zum Predigtstuhl bestmöglich genießen können war das Ziel. Im Apartmenthaus gibt es einen großen Panoramapool und einen mickrigen Fitnessbereich😂Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und eine sehr gute Erreichbarkeit.

Im Zimmer findest du eine Kaffeemaschine, einen Kühlschrank, eine kleine Auswahl an Geschirr für alle Fälle und einen mini Backofen. Der Essplatz mit zwei Stühlen kann auch als Arbeitsplatz genutzt werden.

A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!
