Gary was very helpful and kind. He even let me check in early because the room was already ready. This place is a hidden gem. It’s everything you’ll need for your stay.

We stayed here for the 2025 Air and Sea show. There were a total of 8, 2 of which are 3 and 5. The condo is spacious and the rooms are great. At no point did anyone feel on top of each other. There is an indirect view of the ocean, but that did not matter for us as we were on the beach for the show. Very very minor upgrades could be useful, but this is a condo on the beach that I am sure is usually always booked. Justin is SO responsive, and will help in any way possible. He gave so much information that no locals could really use. (We live here) He was so flexible with check- in, which was a concern of mine with a 3 year old that still naps. He also gave us choices for a later check out if we decided. Highly recommend!

View, view, view! The view of the ocean all throughout the dining room, living room and balcony is spectacular! The hotel building is nice. The Italian restaurant, Casa Calabria, in the hotel lobby is amazing. Samantha was super friendly and accommodating- she allowed us to have a later check out for a fee. She lives in the building, so she’s right there if you need anything. The penthouse is very large - with two bedrooms- one with two beds for our children and the other with one bed for us - each with their own updated bathrooms. The rest could use some updating- but that didn’t take away from the incredible view and wonderful host. Thank you, Samantha, for everything! Even our small dog loved it!

Jens apartment was perfect for what we needed, it was clean and well taken care of. The view an access to the beach was awesome. It was very clean and velet with no parking fee a major plus. The apartment had everything u needed to cooking food and beach chairs and unbrella, beach toys if u have little ones. The beach was clean and water was clear. We mainly enjoyed the beach and did some site seeking out if Miami. If your looking to adventure in south beach or anywhere in Miami there is no parking at all you best bet is to a taxi or uber. Plan on spending a lot of money at restaurants. We loved the apartment and the beach but that was mainly it for Miami. Its a huge tourist spot so if u plan to just stay in Miami save your money on a car rental. If you want to adventure out like we did then rent a vehicle. I would definately rent from Jen again it was a perfect apartment for us and the price and convince was exactly what we was looking for. Thanks again Jen it was a perfect hidden

The space was clean, comfortable and despite business on the street/beach below, the rooms were peaceful and quiet.

What can I say? I can actually say a lot...OF GREAT THINGS about this place. This place in amazing and worth every penny of your stay. I have NO COMPLAINS whatsoever. The place was spotless, smelled beautiful and looked beautiful. There was even an gorgeous orchid waiting in the living room. In every single sense of the word this place was super spacious and had a lot of light, which I loved. This host even thought of laundry detergent and EVEN SALT, PEPPER and COOCKING OIL! I really did not have to be worried about anything but groceries. Kitchen is really nice too. Amenities were great and gym was ok based on being in a hotel. But the boardwalk and beach are there if you are adventurous for an hot outside run! The booking allows you to bring family and friends to visit and there is even a parking space included for your rental. The balcony was amazing for those nights in the house when you want to have a drink and feel the breeze. I will definitely come back to this host. Thank you!

Great little condo- love having the option of pool or beach everyday, and just right outside the back door. You can easily rent towels, chairs and umbrellas on site. Tiki bar was great, and the staff was all so friendly. The room was perfect, exactly as pics show... cozy and comfy. Patricia was fantastic—easy to communicate with, proactive, and always quick to respond to any questions we had before the trip.

Beautiful property. Staff is friendly, helpful, responsive. The room is spacious and the balcony ocean view is amazing. Comfortable beds, crisp clean linens. Free shuttle to local shopping and dining destinations, free beach chairs and umbrellas, timely in and out valet service and an elegant lobby and front porch with rockers and fire pits. Great stay at the boutique hotel. It was a nice and quiet stay. The area was very walkable with many restaurants and shopping close to our property. William was very accommodating and we will definitely think about staying here again.

My husband and I booked this stay for a long weekend in Fort Lauderdale and had a great experience! One of the best things about this hotel is its location—it was about a 10 min drive from the more noisy and crowded areas making it a perfect spot for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Plus, it was right across the street from a beautiful, uncrowded public beach and a couple of good beachfront restaurants. The hotel itself was modern and well-maintained with a stylish lobby and a nice outdoor pool area. We also appreciated the lobby’s restaurant and bar, which made grabbing a drink or meal quick and easy. The room was spacious, clean, had a comfortable bed, and a beautiful shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and check-in was smooth. If you’re looking for a quieter, more laid-back stay in Fort Lauderdale with easy beach and pool access, this is a solid choice! Would definitely book again!

Staying here was a wonderful experience and I’m glad I was able to book it to surprise my bestie for her birthday! The place was just as described and I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone! I wish it was a microwave but I made it work with warming up my food on the stove lol. Everything was amazing, the host is very attentive and responsive to any questions you have, we also forgot our baby’s blanket and couldn’t pick it up after 3 days of our check out date, she saved it for us and we were able to go pick it up so she deserves the 5 star all day every day🎉🎊

We stayed here during Tortuga festival and it was a great spot. Carlos was SO responsive and helpful when our flights kept getting changed. The room was exactly like the photos. Area is walkable, 10 min walk from the beach, a publix is across the street, and a water taxi stop is right out the front door. Only small con is the front desk (which he warned us about and unfortunately can’t do anything about) was SO slow for anything you needed and wasn’t very nice. It took us almost 30 mins to check in because there were 2 people in front of us in line. But once you’re checked in you don’t need them anyways. Didn’t have a car but I think parking it was pricey, something to confirm if you plan on driving. Overall we would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again!!

My stay at Frost’s place was absolutely perfect. The photos truly don’t do it justice—it’s even more beautiful in person. The space had everything I needed and more, making it incredibly comfortable and convenient. The complimentary beach chairs and towels were such a thoughtful bonus and made beach days even better.
