Fully self contained two bedroom downstairs unit (upstairs unit is permanently occupied by us). Great quiet location only 1 minute walk to Rail Trail, 10 minutes walk to supermarket centre of town. Off street parking for one car. Wifi, TV, washing machine.If you need high class furniture and matching bed linen this is not going to be the place for you, but if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and handy then welcome! Maori Point Vineyard Cottage

Maori Point cottage is nestled in our vineyard, 30km from Wanaka , with spectacular mountain views and access to the Clutha riverbank for walks or picnics. Warm in winter with underfloor heating and fireplace, the living areas include a full cook's kitchen which opens onto a verandah, lawn & native garden. The large upstairs bedroom has king bed and mountain views, downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with garden outlook. A quiet peaceful environment, and a good base for exploring.

Cosy and Convenient

A private apartment with its own entrance attached to the main house. Private parking space and secure storage for bicycles, if needed. The apartment has a relaxing area with wifi, television including Netflix attached to a kitchenette with crockery, utensils, toaster, fridge and a microwave for heating pre-prepared food. There are no cooking facilities. A separate sleeping area contains a comfortable queen sized bed and ensuite. A friendly cat lives in the main house.

Water will be in containers. The toilet it is a long drop with a great view. there is no Power (can supply a generator) This place is not for the townie or faint hearted who can’t handle the country life .
