It has 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms. Social areas such as a living room and dining room with a fireplace included. Well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and pantry. Outside there is a grass soccer or volleyball court, a BBQ area, and a game room.
