“I stayed in the Oldoinyo House for four nights with my wife and three daughters (ages 17, 13, and 10). There was ample room for all of us and Moses found an extra cot and mattress for our youngest child. The cottage itself is charming and well provisioned with cooking supplies, basic amenities, and games. There is even a washing machine!!! They also have the best wifi in Kenya! Moses and Naomi are exceedingly charming and very gracious hosts—they live immediately adjacent to the cottage and are always on hand to answer questions. Moses is also able to arrange transportation to and from Oloitokitok as well as arrange excursions around the surrounding area, including game drives to Amboseli. We had a very good time at this cottage and we recommend it unreservedly.”

“We had such an amazing time. Phil is super host and he definitely know what hw is doing with wildlife experience. The camp is very isolated in the middle of wildlife, with an amazing Kilimanjaro view. The staffs, headed by Alex, were super helpful. We enjoyed the lounge with wide open bush views, the kitchen with brick pizza oven and fire place, the luxury tent with bathroom inside and comfortable bed. Dickson walked you through the bush areas and showed you an amazing flooded areas where all animals hang out. He even came with you to Amboseli park and showed you where lion lives, a twin new born elephants and so much more. Thanks again Phil and your team.”
It is a serene place with colourful ambience. There is also enough light. The temperatures are relatively warm thus, no need for room heaters or air conditioners.
