The gîte is on the first floor of a beautiful building, under a magnificent frame, you will find all the comforts and a superb terrace. Fully equipped kitchen, large bright bathroom, a large comfortable bed, a beautiful sofa for lounging around and a desk.

Charmante maison en pierre pour 4 personnes située dans une magnifique propriété de 11 hectares dans laquelle vous trouverez une véritable borie (ancien abri de berger en pierres sèches recouvert de Lauzes ). Aux portes de Sarlat (10mn) en direction de Montignac , le domaine est recouvert de prairie et de bois permettant les promenades à pied, à VTT, la cueillette des champignons (qui poussent en abondance pendant la saison) calme et tranquillité au rendez-vous.

Vous aurez un coin de jardin privé à votre disposition. Idéale pour 2 personnes, elle peut néanmoins accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes avec son canapé lit. Chauffage par poêle à granulés. Les granulés sont fournis.
