Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in LaSalle County

Was perfect place for us. We were working the nuclear outage. It had nice beds, full kitchen, washer and dryer. Close parking. Close to everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Very clean and close to plenty of restaurants down town. I will gladly stay there again when I am in town for work. This was way better than staying at a hotel and the owners were very accommodating.

The entire building is very clean, from the entrance to the actual unit. Debra was easily contacted and responded quickly. The train sounds it horn at crossings and the unit is near the crossing, it is loud and it vibrates the unit. We weren’t really bothered by this or missed sleep because of it. This is our second time staying at this listing and would stay again if needed.

Our stay at Tony's place was wonderful! We were back in our hometown of Ottawa, all coming from the East Coast for our mother's surprise 80th birthday celebration and staying through the weekend! We loved how easy it was to walk downtown where there were so many new restaurants and shops! I asked Tony from the road if we could check in early and he was super-accommodating of our timeline, that was so appreciated! Other than the outside needing some fresh paint, we loved the place! Lots of character and neat touches, the decor was lovely and a HUGE perk was the comfy sectional! That was a big reason I selected this place and it did not disappoint - very "nap-friendly"! :) Overall, a great place to stay - thanks Tony!

The location was great and the hosts were super responsive whenever we had questions. We were able to easily walk to downtown Ottawa where there are great little shops and restaurants. Unexpected bonus was the coffee shop literally next door- which was great! Beds were super comfortable. Pack some earplugs if you are a light sleeper because there is a little outside noise and a train whistle. My roommate needed the earplugs, but I slept great lol. We would absolutely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful and immaculately kept. The kitchen was well stocked and there were tons of towels in each room. The beds were cozy and the heat adjusted quickly. The two highlights were (1) the beautiful deck overlooking the river, where we saw a bald eagle and sandhill cranes migrating and (2) the game room, where we enjoyed family games of pool and poker. The house was 15 minutes from Starved Rock and 2 minutes from a grocery store, so the location was super convenient as well.

Love the house. Was in town for work stayed iver a month. Would highly recommend.

Very nice house sleeps four very comfortable

We stayed at Elaine's place for a girls hiking trip. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quit and peaceful. The location was just a short drive to Starved Rock State Park. The beds were comfortable after a day of exploring. The private backyard was very nice. We especially enjoyed the fire pit. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again!

We had tons of fun here and wish we could have stayed much longer! The place was super cozy, spacious, and full of so many things to keep all of us busy. The best part for us were our movie nights, something we were really looking forward to and it brought the whole family together. This became a very memorable stay for the whole family. Two days are definitely not enough in this place!

We had a great short stay. Great location with many amenities. Nice decor and layout. My kids had fun with the foosball, air hockey, and swing-set. Beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again for a longer duration when back in the area.

Joel was extremely responsive, understanding and flexible. His property is exactly as explained and shown. He was so nice & was super accommodating. Will recommend this to anyone I know coming to visit. Was clean, spacious & being able to sit around a large dinning room table after a long night of driving for hours was my brother and mother’s favorite part. We’ve never liked hotels and Joel’s place just ensured we’d never have to use one for visits or family functions ever again. Will 100% be back and recommend anyone wanting a quiet house with a nice amount of space over a hotel setting at a cheaper price to check out. Joel was a super host & I can’t thank him enough for making everything so easy and transparent! 10/10 recommend! Super family friendly home!

We were meeting family in the area, and Matthew and Stephanie's place was just what we needed! Ranch style one floor accommodations inside, comfortable beds, patio sitting area, and kitchen with plenty of cooking options. We had what we needed for a comfortable visit with family and were able to enjoy the surrounding area too. Thank you for sharing your home!
