Heating and air conditioning in every room. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Washing machine. (no dryer, clothes are dried with a portable clothesline) TV, WIFI internet, hair dryer, clothes iron. Check-in time: 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, possibility of late check-in from 9:00 pm to 2:00 am at a cost of €40 which will be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

In winter, you can ask us for a radiator if you don't like the warm air. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, tall fridge with freezer and has kitchenware such as a coffee maker, kettle and toaster. TV and own internet line. Coffee capsules, tea, sugar and oil/vinegar and salt are left as a courtesy in the kitchen. BATHROOM: Washing machine and a shower. It is left as a courtesy shampoo, gel and toilet paper. Each floor has an electric hot water heater, each thermos is capable of generating 120 liters of hot water, then it will recharge the same amount of water in 45-60 min, it is important to note that if you wash the slabs, clothes, and all the members of the reservation are bathed at the same time the thermos can run out and will have to wait for the indicated time to recharge again.
