During the day, the living room is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the company, and at night, the sofa becomes a large and comfortable double bed where you can rest peacefully. The master bedroom will give you dreamy nights, with its comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom. The high-end finishes and design details will make you feel like you are in a luxurious five-star hotel. For your convenience, an umbrella is available in the flat in case of rain during your stay. If you are traveling with a baby and need a crib and high chair for your stay, you can request them in advance. The lighting throughout the apartment has been carefully designed and domotized to create different atmospheres. Fully equipped: sheets, towels, amenities kit in each bathroom, consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. In the kitchen you will have at your disposal a welcome kit consisting of: 1 bottle of dishwasher 30ml, 1 scourer, 1 multipurpose cloth and 1 garbage bag. IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. It also has a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, hair dryer, heating and air conditioning. Other features you should consider: -The location is unbeatable. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

It is on the second floor with an elevator, 1 bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Newly renovated, cozy and well equipped. The apartment is fully renovated, has a separate bedroom with two beds of 0.90x2.00 that can be joined or separated and with a large closet. In the living room there is a sofa bed for an additional person. The bathroom is with a shower, it is inside the bedroom. Heating with heating radiators in all rooms. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Washing machine. (no dryer, clothes are dried with a portable clothesline) TV, WIFI internet, hair dryer, clothes iron. Crib, high chair and baby bath available on demand. Check-in is face-to-face, we will hand you the keys and explain how everything works in the apartment. All check-in between 9:00 pm and 2:00 am will have an increase of €40 which will be paid in cash at the time of arriving at the apartment. Not received from 2am to 9am. Check-in in the morning before 1:00 pm could always be done with prior consultation. I am available throughout the time of the stay to resolve any questions or issues.

An excellent choice for accommodation, given its larger size (70 m2), brightness (many are dark or low-ceilinged) and lift. In the heart of Madrid, 5 minutes by metro from Avenida América, Cartagena and Prosperidad. 15 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the national bus terminal. The Bernabeu Stadium is nearby. Comfortable apartment with four rooms: living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom, all with large windows that provide natural light (most of the apartments in the neighbourhood are on the ground floor or interior-facing with less light and pedestrian traffic). We have independent, automated and direct access from the street, so you will enjoy full autonomy, both for arrival and departure, since you can store your luggage and collect it at any time. The apartment has many advanced services, keyless access with video surveillance, intercom, independent air conditioning system at every room, Wi-Fi and Google Chromecast. Guests book their stay for the listed accommodation; it is important to read the rules of the listing as smoking is prohibited in any area of the listing. The floor has hot water heater; each thermos is capable of generating 120 liters of hot water, then it will recharge the same amount of water in 45-60 min. It is important to note that if you wash the slabs, clothes, and bathe all the members of the reservation at the same time, the thermos can be sold out and you will have to wait for the indicated time to recharge again.

I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
