“Everything was excellent in our stay: apartment with the necessary, clean, comfortable, a location with access to many services just a few steps and an unbeatable attention of Mario, always attentive to what we might need from arrival to departure. I would definitely return in another stay in the city.”
“The accommodation was amazing. We had originally booked one night, but we liked the place so much that we decided to extend our stay. The gardens are beautiful and we were amazed with every corner that we discovered. It seems like an enchanted place. Inside the property is the hacienda house museum, which can be visited. The tower has everything you need to stay comfortably despite being a tiny house, even even a usable fireplace (the lever on the side should be right in the middle for the smoke to escape). Christian was very kind in giving us a gallon of drinking water and delicious coffee from Coatepec. Only one day we ran out of water (due to the tandeos that are made in Xalapa), but shortly after communicating our problem, he solved it. They also provided us with a broom and dustpan after asking them. In summary, we highly recommend it and look forward to going back.”
