Holiday rentals with beach access in Las Toscas

Nice place five blocks from the beach. The apartment is simple but has all the amenities. Victoria and Federico took very good care of us. 100% recommended.

I usually stay in this neighborhood. This apartment building is one block from the Rambla, so I found myself walking along the Río de la Plata almost every night. You can even see the river from the apartment! The iron and ironing board was a nice bonus (this was a work trip for me). If you stay here, check out the market in the park in front of the building on Saturday mornings. Lots of restaurants and cafés in walking distance. Colleagues who came to pick me up for dinner had no trouble finding the building.

It was a memorable stay. Paula is always looking to make things easier for us. When I return to Punta del Este I would have no hesitation in looking for her apartment that has everything, spacious and excellent view. Notable is the terrace for dinner there overlooking the horizon. Thank you so much !!!!

We always felt very comfortable during our stay of six days. Der flat is very spacious and had all we needed, especially plenty of space to hang up cloths (strange enough this is often not the case ... but we noticed this already on the very accurate pictures). The communication with Alejandra and Daniel was always very easy, very quick and very constructive. We particularly wish to thank for their flexibility. The location was perfect, everything is easy to reach by foot. If we come again to Montevideo, we would certainly try to stay here again.

Lorenzo's apartment is exactly as in the photos — well equipped, especially the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils. Everything was extremely clean and well-maintained. The view of the garden is beautiful, and the place is very quiet; I felt completely safe in the neighborhood. The condominium offers great amenities, such as a gym and heated pool, which made all the difference during my stay. Even on rainy days, I was able to enjoy it a lot and I was enchanted by the place. A special highlight goes to Lorenzo's hospitality: he always responded very quickly, gave all the necessary information clearly and even spoke Portuguese, which made things much easier. I recommend it to everyone, especially Brazilians. Thank you so much for everything, Lorenzo!

The stay was excellent, the perfect place to rest, take a break from the routine and enjoy the silence and nature. Marta's house is as shown in the photo, bright, with heating and a very homey look. The wood-burning stove is a plus at this time of year. Marta is a genius, always willing and attentive to any need, a pleasure to deal with her.

Paula's house is beautiful and located in a wonderful setting in Montevideo. Your communication is assertive . The truth is that we had a happy time. To move easier, we rent a car, which was super easy to do. I highly recommend this nice, clean, well-decorated house in a beautiful setting.

The stay was very nice. We were the end of tourism and we spent very quiet taking advantage of the patio in the hours of solcito, and the stove when it was already starting to cool down. There is a lot of nature around, at night you hear the waves of the sea and in the morning you wake up with the singing of the birds. The hosts were very accommodating, they were available, making sure we were comfortable. As for the area, it is quiet, there is a supermarket 5 blocks away, a warehouse 2, and a bakery 24hs 10 blocks (very rich and complete). As shown in the photos, there is a garden that we used with respect and care, accompanying the pizza with fresh basil. There are two cuddly and friendly dogs that come by to say hello and do some company if they see you outside but never enter the house because they are very respectful. Meets everything you need to disconnect from the routine of the city.

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

I will start with the apartment, comfortable, very well equipped, the description and photos are such what I found . The very nice and well located building, walking access to the boulevard, shopping, bus stop of various lines, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, butcher and super no more than a 5-minute walk away. This is the second time that we have stopped at Fio. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable, very well equipped and with nice decoration details. And what's important, on the street there's room for parking. The neighborhood is my favorite in Montevideo, the apartment is very well located, close to the rambla and with access to all kinds of shops and restaurants. We are going to Montevideo to visit family and we will stay at Fio's apartment whenever it is available
