If there was a rating above 5 we would have given it! The perfect apartment! Private pool and building pool, gym, parking, 2 superb terraces all very well equipped, finally a real quality Airbnb! Ramon gave us excellent addresses for lunch while waiting for the arrival time, was accommodating to let us leave a little later! We look forward to coming back soon

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

Came to Madrid for work and stayed at Oscar’s apartment. Location is super safe, walkable any time of the day. The space is very comfortable, clean, and the communication was great throughout my stay. Highly recommend and I would be back.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was very clean and cool (very necessary because of the heat). It was very well located to go to the Metropolitano (which was the reason for our trip). Virginia was super nice, she responded to everything very quickly, she gave us a lot of facilities both when entering and leaving. Highly recommended!!

Gustavo’s place is amazing, and Gustavo is the best host. He was extremely responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. He made numerous helpful recommendations, and really made our time in Madrid enjoyable. His place is pristine and beautiful, & we will definitely be staying here the next time we’re in town! We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

Location 25 min from downtown. Super tidy house, good TV, good mattresses. Juan was always very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 👌

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Mar was Awesome! We had an issue connecting to wifi, she immediately handled it. Wifi up and running within minutes! Loved the location, quiet and lots of transportation. Thanks again

Loved the easy self check-in, no fuss at all. The location was perfect, nice and quiet. Plus, having the metro so close was really convenient! Definitely recommend it.

We loved our stay! The hosts were so incredibly proactive in making sure we found the place okay and that we settled in okay. The area is beautiful and safe! If you want to venture away from the neighborhood, the metro is about 10 minutes away.

Excellent accommodation, everything very clean and tidy, what you see in the photo is what you get, excellent value for money, everything was excellent, plus two beers and some chips as a gift 😁😁

The apartment was very well located, close to the subway and with all the services (supermarkets, cafeteria, pharmacy...) nearby. It had all the details you could need and perfect cleanliness. 100% recommended.

We only stayed one night because we were going to a concert outside, but we would have stayed longer. The loft is beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. You feel right at home. Mar and Mateus have always been attentive to our messages, answering quickly and kindly. Very easy to get to by taxi or if you have your own car. The area is quiet and the location is perfect. It's about 15 minutes by car from the center, so if you're going to do sightseeing in that area, I don't recommend it. If you are visiting on your own and have your own car, it is ideal, especially if you want peace and quiet. Thank you for everything Mar and Mateus, we hope to return at some other time :)

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Maria Jesus was a great host. She is very kind and attentive to all our needs. She has a great vibe and very welcoming. We loved the place and even tried to book it on our return trip but it was taken and I can see why. We were fortunate to not only find a great, quiet and roomy place with AC, but also met a great lady. Thank you Maria, I hope we meet again someday.

An apartment with an unbeatable location in a wonderful neighborhood. The apartment is cozy, quiet and has a very friendly doorman available to answer any questions. It is an interior apartment, which gives you great peace of mind and is very well lit, so you do not miss an outside view at all. I have to mention that the shower has perfect pressure, something that is not usually common in apartments and that is greatly appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy. I was very grateful that they allowed me to leave my things several hours before check-in time without any problems. I loved everything and I'd love to come back. I have no complaints, on the contrary!

Good apartment with everything you need. Very comfortable sofa bed. It even has private parking, although we traveled by train. Everything was fine.
