The place is super nice, fresh and quiet, the breakfast was very rich, the staff is SUPER friendly and doña Cristina is divine! Very understanding and flexible about any situation. I'll definitely be back. 😍

A decent option for a short stay in Leon. Carolina is a gracious, communicative host and the listing was as described. The location is a little further from the city center than is ideal, but it’s still within walking distance. 9am check out is a bit too early in my opinion.

Quiet area, comfortable facilities and excellent attention

Casa Riverstone is a really nice place with a love for detail. Rooms are pretty, beds super comfy and the pool clean and refreshing. If you don’t mind a little walk to the center this place is perfect to unwind :)

Incredible accommodation, to my surprise better than the pictures. From the beginning doña Carolina proved to be a very nice, communicative and assertive person responding to my inquiries, with only this entry you feel confident about the place you will be arriving. Upon arrival, she greeted me with a warm welcome and showed me the place. A very nice, clean and cozy place, you really rest in the room with a big and very comfortable bed. It is located near downtown in a very safe environment so I was always walking back and forth. I would definitely come back; for the service, location, and comfort of the stay.

this is a gem in Leon! a beautiful house where you have all the amenities you can think of, all powered by a phenomenal host Pedro. Comfy beds, AC that you want during the 30+ degree weather, and loads of restaurants nearby. most importantly, easy to get to and easy to check in...I did with my left hand! honestly, if you're looking for your own place in Leon away from the congestion of the city centre, here's your gem. muchas gracias Pedro! I'll be back and will 100% stay here again! thank you for the recommendations as well

Indeed a piece of heaven, very private, natural ocean pools stand out, the host is extremely welcoming, very cozzy place greay deal for a family trip!!! just get a pick up truck the ways is very difficult for a sedan car.

Everything was present, towels, BBQ, well equipped kitchen, guard during the night, Israel the housekeeper lives on the premises as well and he was very supportive with everything. Very friendly guy and he speaks good English. I recommend staying here

Amelia, our host, was incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail, making sure we had everything we needed. Her amazing house manager Yuner, was very professional and kind and made check-in and communication seamless. You can tell they truly cares about their guests’ experience. One of the best parts? Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying breathtaking sunsets right from the property. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat away from the crowds but still want access to local charm and adventure, Villa Icaco is the perfect spot. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again!
