Situated on the first floor of a modern building with a lift, it provides a comfortable and well-equipped space for a functional stay in one of the most sought-after areas in the north of Mallorca. The interior is thoughtfully laid out, featuring an open-plan living and dining area that connects to a spacious terrace facing the sea. Thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light floods in throughout the day, allowing guests to enjoy the view from almost anywhere in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, suitable for both short and extended stays. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with two single beds that can be joined to form a double, and a third with a single bed. Seafront apartment is a sunny and cool beach front apartment with wonderful views across the Bay of Pollensa. It is in a really great spot overlooking the shore front - just a minute from the lovely sandy beach and a short walk from the Pine Walk and amongst all the cafés, restaurants, shops and bars of Puerto Pollensa. This apartment is ideal for couples or small families. Inside, it is light and airy with wood floors, white walls and spotlighting. The apartment has all kitchen utensils electric hub with two rings, oven, microwave and dishwashee, air conditioning in living room and bedroom, wifi, 43" TV in living room and 32" in bedroom with satellite streaming services Netflix, Hbo, Amazon Prime and washing and drying machine.

There is a storage room on the low floor with the capacity to store two bicycles. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern living/room with large sliding windows overlooking the sea and access to a large furnished terrace including two sunbeds. the apartment has air-conditioning, satellite-TV, free wifi.

It is a busy area in the summer months (June to September), an environment with plenty of cafes, restaurants with terraces and shops, usually open in summer until midnight, which can cause some street noise.
