The location is the best, you leave your vehicle in private parking and just two and a half streets from Comitan Central Park, with a lot to do around downtown, good places to eat. The room is just as described and despite being in the downtown area you can sleep with quiet. Karla is always attentive to everything.

A cute and basic little hut with everything you need for a few days away from the hustle of the Mexican cities. It lies beautifully next to Lago Tziscao and with a nice view from the room. There is a private bathroom with plenty of hot water. We also really enjoyed the feature of the hammock where we relaxed and cuddled their dog, Roki, who was so sweet. In general, the family who owns this place are really kind and helpful and we felt at home at their place. They have a restaurant on the site with very good food, breakfast and dinner, for a good price. The place in general could use a little tidying up, but it didn't bother us too much and it looked like they were working on some improvements. Tip: Can recommend taking the mototaxi from the town if you arrive by colectivo as we did and have all of your belongings with you. There is a tourist centre almost close by where you can rent kayaks and have a nice swim.

The place is beautiful, you can go to walk to the river and the viewpoint, the cabin is clean and beautiful, the shower is overlooking the outside but covered and spacious, the reception guys are very friendly and the restaurant is delicious and with beautiful fair, I hope to return soon :)

We loved the place, very clean and pleasant, enough space and very quiet and pleasant. The loft is located in the first block of the city, so you can easily move to the museums and typical restaurants of Comitan. Eder contacted me from the beginning and gave me all the instructions for the place and was always available. The truth is, the place is really worth it, very clean and super nice. it is a magical place, diffrute a lot from the two days there. this super quiet, with incredible landscapes. the river, the animals, the family atmosphere - I felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. it is perfect to relax outside the city. thank you very much for this unique stay!

This peaceful garden retreat has everything i need, a well equipped kitchen, comfortable huge mattress, large shower stall, 3 cute doggies and one big fluffy cat, nice other guests, helpful hosts, and one block to the local fruit and veggie market. the neighborhood party palace plays live bands, so you hear almost nightly music, whether thats your thing , or not. One block away is Lucy 3 restaurante, which is a locals place and a short walk away are other big stores like Guadalajara pharmacy and XX00 mini mart. Its very easy to grab a taxi, and they are inexpensive. I hit all the museums in el centro Comitan.

Excellent place, I would stay there many times, everything is impeccable and as it looks in the photos, I dare say that it is one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed in, 1000% recommended, the only detail that must be taken into account is that it is a little far from the center and the street is not paved, but the accommodation is excellent
