Duplex house with 2 bedrooms available and 2 bathrooms upstairs. 1 toilet on the lower floor. With a spacious living room (plasma TV 32¨), independent and fully equipped kitchen. Solana with washer and dryer. A terrace with dining and relaxation area, as well as a solarium with 2 comfortable hammocks. Children's play area both on the terrace and in the living room. Ideal for couples or families with children since on the terrace they can have a great time in an environment with a lot of security for them.
“The house is superbly equipped for children and fully corresponds to the description (on request: cot, high chair and even small pot). It is also has toys for indoors or outdoors. In the kitchen some spices available as well as basic material (soap, paper towels, aluminum, ...). The house is on the non-touristy side of Gran Canaria near the port and the city (but I recommend a car especially with children). Ideal rental if you seek to flee the major resorts. Home on site (in Spanish only) very friendly. In short, we recommend it warmly!”
At "La Asomadita" we aim to transport you into the past. We want to take you back to 1950, when the house was built. At that time, the Agaete Valley, on the island of Gran Canaria, was (and remains) one of the most enviable spots in the world.
“Miriam's house is even better than the pictures show. The view's from the property are outstanding & peaceful !!! The house is spotless & comfortable with far more room than you think to relax. There are nice places to eat out in the town if you wish to go but our favorite was just a stroll away up the hill & the cheapest by far. The cave paintings a worth a visit & are only 15 minutes drive away. The wine tour up the road wasn't really that good in our opinion just a way of selling you produce. The actual tour was about 10 minutes & didn't show you much apart from some pictures of grapes !!! You do need a car to get about, the roads are all fine & well sign posted. We went to the city for a big shop at the start of our holiday to the local market in Las Palmas. We found it cheap & loved choosing everything fresh.Meat, fish, veg etc. The local shops in Agete are also reasonable & cheaper that at home. We'd definitely go back to the area it's so much nicer than the south of the island with as much walking as you you could ask for & amazing weather. Thanks once again Miriam, Best Wishes, The Garners.xxx”

“This was a find and a half! If you want nature, renewal, beautiful walks and stunning caves great food, this is your place. From the word go - the hospitality superseded my expectations. The food..OMG! The food! Even if you go just for the food - i was lost for words i danced while eating. It was that good i was humming away with every mouthful. So healthy, gluten free, beautiful vegan dishes. Incredible! I felt welcomed and the communication was great. I love animals so waking up to say hello to the cats and chickens was great! I came to rejuvenate and write my book. The perfect place to bask in nature and feel wholeness and peace. Highly recommended. Do it! 🧡🧡🧡”
