The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.

It's the apartment I shared with my brothers throughout my college years! Very practical for public transport or to take an UBER/Taxi, since you have Av. Las Heras one block away and Av. Libertador 2 blocks away. It has a VERY nice terrace with a grill to make a good Argentine barbecue. The neighborhood is very good. There are many places to go to eat and drink! The area is one of the best in Buenos Aires, you are between Palermo and Recoleta. The TV is with Chromecast.
