Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Larnaca

The house was lovely and clean, with air con in every room and all the utilities you could hope for. The pool is clean and heated, and there is private access to the beach at the end of the road. The hotel next door has facilities that can be used by non-guests, including a spa. There is a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby, all within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside for trips further afield. All in all, a lovely house in a great location.

After a last minute flight cancellation this was the perfect villa for a group of us to use as a stopover. Very spacious and great facilities

My family and I had a lovely week at this house. The place is much bigger than the pictures show and the host is really helpful and friendly. Kids loved picking oranges and looking for lizards in the large garden. You'll need a car to get around, but you are a short drive from everything you need and only 15mins from airport which made life really easy when heading home. We hope to come back again in the future

This house is embracing its guests - which applies as well for the host (figuratively) - with its warm atmosphere, comfort, decoration and inspiration. Even in the kitchen is enough space to dance not only in the main sitting areas! Perfect for 2 singles as we have been, great for small and big families! The outdoor areas cater for every wish: sun or shade, behind or in front of the house, sitting under olive tree or near the lemon one, barbeque or run around with your dog . Only the morning traffic or nightly motorbikes and especially the so called "Easterly fireworks" were unpleasant for my dogs as we are used to silence. To sum it up: we will come again! We absolutely recommend it! Its an outstanding place to be!

Angela is a super friendly and always available host. The place was also super clean and in a really nice location. The beach was right near the place. I can recommend the place with full conviction!

my family and I had a lovely time at aramazts place. he was really responsive, went out of his way to help us when we needed extra things. the flat is big, beautiful views. its a bit further out but if you are happy to walk it's not a problem at all.

Stefan is an ideal host, very friendly, available and helpful in any manner he can. His flat is very nicely decorated, his sofa is certainly the most confortable I have ever tried before and you'll have all you need, in the bathroom, rooms and kitchen. It quickly feels like home, perfect for both short and long stays. The flat is one minute walk from a nice park, a yoga studio and convenience stores are at a walking distance. City centre is 20 minutes walk or a quick drive which is anyway recommended to move around Nicosia/Cyprus. I highly recommend the host and the place!

Located in a village in the mountains, very quiet, with a fantastic view of the sea on the one hand and the really beautiful mountain panorama on the other. There is a large balcony facing the sea and a mega roof terrace. Sun worshippers will enjoy themselves. The place is basic but good. You just shouldn't be there when the temperatures try to undercut the record low - because it's not designed for that. The only surprising thing is the consumption costs, which are additional. 65 euros for two weeks water and electricity are not exactly a bargain. But Elena is a very sweet and touchingly caring host.

I came to visit my daughter who studies in Cyprus and wanted a place close by. This flat was perfectly located and very spacious. I would rent it again without hesitating.

A new apartment in a family-friendly neighborhood had enough equipment for a short 2-night stay, but it may need a little richer equipment for long-term stays. Havva hn was very hospital I would like to welcome him to my Airbnb home in Bodrum.

The house is great located at a great Sandy beach. there are several restaurants in the area however the convince store is around 20 minutes walk. We had some issues with the house but Costas was very responsive and helped was on its way. overall very recommend

Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

What a great villa! The pictures say it all. We are a family of 7: 6 adults and a 4-year-old child. We really enjoyed the big house. The villa is very clean and well maintained, but there is only one shower with low water pressure. The house provided with all the necessary things for a good and comfortable stay: seating areas, garden furniture, kitchen utensils, pots, plates, cups and everything necessary. The villa is located in a lovely private compound with large gardens full of fruit trees and a beautiful pool. The balcony is a great sunny space but there is also an inner part with a pergola and shade so you can escape the sun during the hot hours. The sea is 2-3 minute drive away. The villa is a little far from the center of Kiti village. We liked the distance because it gives us quiet and privacy Kiti village has all the services you need: supermarket, bars, restaurants and many shops. For that you have to rent a car. Beautiful and quiet holiday home, incredible view and very comfortable. Our family of 5 has the best time there, and we couldn’t get enough of our little private beach.
