He was a very good guide for us about the places to visit in Cyprus and provided support in everything we needed. Amazing place and amazing hosts! Location of this house is just superb, outside dining area and balcony view is facing beautiful valley with warm sunsets. Because of the hilly location nesting birds are flying right at eye level and the nearest road is not very busy and can be barely heard. The house itself has everything to spend some days away from city routine, it's not very spacious, but for 2-4 people it's quite alright. We used bbq, internet is good enough to watch a couple of movies, hot water is actually hot :) Unfortunately, hot tub didn't work the time we arrived, there was something broken, but hosts were open and proactive in terms of problem management. The are some shops and restaurants in 5-10 minutes driving, also a lot of hiking routes if you like it. We brought our road bikes on us and explored central part of the island on the wheels. Thanks, Theocharis and Jake for the stay, it was lovely

Great property - amazing views

The villa is located on top of the hill and has no neighbours around - the location is very private and quiet. You can view Germasogeia dam and the reservoir from here as well as mountains on the other side. The house itself is spacious and well-maintained. There are a plenty of bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms with additional space for rest and work. The WiFi is working perfectly everywhere with the speed enough to watch videos, be on video calls and work remotely. There's also a small gym with machines working well. The pool is really big and the summer bar has working TV and a soundbar which is nice to spend evening with bbq grill :) Overall one of the best places I've stayed in - highly recommend!
