amazing host and incredible stay. very near checkpoint. even had complimentary parking. felt like home. came in to relax and wine down, and absolutely did, thanks to their wonderful accommodation. hoping to come back again :)

Great location, a stone's throw away from Mt Austin - walkable on foot within 10mins. Quiet neighbourhood by the main road and security which verifies each person upon arrival to the building. Rooms were spacious,clean & comfortable. Will definitely recommend staying here again if visiting Taman Austin area!

Our stay at the accommodation was satisfactory. Its convenient location near Southkey Mall was advantageous. The room was clean and comfortable, with particularly pleasing linens; however, the bed's firmness was slightly less than ideal. but overall definitely highly recommended!

Self Check-In was breeze & smooth with very clear instructions. Location is surrounded with many restaurants selling variety of food.

Owner is very friendly and replies almost immediately. Check in and out instructions are very clear. Welcomed with few big bottles of drinking water, a clean and functioning fridge, clean 1.5L electric kettle, face towels, conditioning shampoo and body wash. Location is perfect and easily accessible from main road. House is not facing busy street, more quiet and private corner unit. I’ve brought a large breed dog with me, and the courtyard is so big that she can run around freely. Easily can park 2-3 big cars at the courtyard or may even do big parties like BBQ or gatherings too! Indoors are very clean (no musty smell) and straight forward (because we only rented the smaller unit, not the entire house). Dogs are not allowed in the bedroom, only living and outdoor area is pets-friendly. However, we did clean up the place ourselves to thank the owner for allowing our dog to stay indoors with us. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The spacious corner-lot home is perfect for big groups and comes with great amenities like a private pool, BBQ set, and karaoke system. Surrounded by lush plants, the place felt peaceful and cozy — our kids especially loved the swing and open space. It was a comfortable, fun-filled stay that made us feel right at home. One thing make me suprised, the home has bath tub and potty for kids. Also, a small playground is prepared in the house. This is super bonus when come to a family which travel with kids, just like me. This is not just family friendly home but also kids friendly. Highly recommended for family or group vacations!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The place is superb—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The host was extremely considerate and warm-hearted, thoughtfully providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was prompt and helpful, with great suggestions for local food (makan) spots and nearby recreational activities. The house itself is huge and perfect for families or groups. We really enjoyed the wide range of facilities, including a basketball court, badminton court, ping pong table, and pool table. There were also plenty of board games, making it ideal for family bonding and group gatherings. Highly recommended—we would love to return!

The apartment is within walking distance to eating places and supermarket in the area. The apartment overall is well worth it.

Our second stay with Ben. His apartment provided everything we needed, washer/dryer, 2 toilets, many beds, each bed comes with hard pillow and soft pillow. Even had an enclosed balcony which gave us extra space, as well as a large TV to enjoy shows. The wifi was a bit spotty, but he told us way in advance so we were not surprised. Anyway it helped me limit my children’s screen time My go-to apartment every time we are at paradigm mall!

Uncle Paul is a magnificent host with great amenities in his apartment. Easiest check in by far compared to the traditional mailbox collection style. Area is nice and chilly and i will defo come bk here!

Wonderful accommodation and host

1) the first reason i chose this place and willing to pay on high side is because the beach view is amazing and the building is accessible to it. You cant swim at the beach but you can walk along the beach and play with the sand. Some days i saw plenty of rubbish at the beach. Sometimes not too much 2) the coway water filter makes my long vacay more convenient for a family with small children. 3) the location is superb. There are plenty of convenient stores. No need grabfood as Few food place especially at night. 4) bring own towel if you are not into microfibres towels. 5) the parking space is big suitable for big SUV to navigate. But need to pay rm20 per night if you chose to park at Guest parking other than your designated parking. 6) my children enjoyed the tv. We can watch decent channels 7) suitable for big family as they provide extra mattress but you might need bring blanket if you are using more than 4 beds

friendly host and allows early check in if available. clean living room and easy check in and out. beside the choked toilet issue everything else is acceptable. many shopping and food option around.

Herman and Kayden were really responsive. Always friendly and approachable when we asked questions. Very helpful in local restaurant recommendations. The rooms are great. Clean and nice . Toilets are stocked with shampoo and body foam.Just sofa bed in the hall a bit torn and old. TV - no netflix or Disney or other channels. Not smart TV. Only local and SG TV channels. That is the only thing that needs improvement. Overall, great value for money and highly recommended!!!!

Good location, Ksl mall and other restaurant around there. House was decorated well, cozy and clean. Check in instruction clear and easy. Recommend this place.
