Holiday rentals with a patio in Larkin

was my first experience staying on the inner side of R&F. really responsive host in the local mobile communication app, and I really appreciate the host flexibility in allowing to stay for an additional night stay although I check out in the evening itself

A beautifully designed home that really sets the holiday mood! I loved the decor and everything was in working order. The bed was super comfortable, and the lighting was just right. It's about a 15–20 minute drive to Aeon Tebrau and other shops, with minimal traffic. The only downside was the tricky entry to the parking area, and the guard wasn’t very helpful when I asked for directions. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again for the next trip!

This place is very clean and comfortable. The place is exactly same with the photo. Other than that, have a very nice sea view.

The place was clean and neat. The check in was easy and fuss free. There was a video on how to get to the place and get the key card. Just follow the instructions and got to the place. My kids and parents loved the place. Only complaint was that as there were 7 of us staying there for 4 days, there was not enough trash bags and toilet paper to use. The owner also provided another key card as there were so many of us. Apart from that, the whole experience was an enjoyable one and my kids would like to come again.

Great 2-night stay at this gem. The place has a welcoming atmosphere with a clean, stylish setup. Relaxed and at ease through both 2 nighs here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sofa made a great spot to unwind. Was overall a great stay for us, place was big and could accommodate many with the pull out sofa bed and extra mattress, our 4 year old kid loved the slide and the play kitchen. However just to note : The toys were more suitable for babies / were somewhat old. Nook was extremely responsive and helpful as well, and helped as much as possible including allowing us at 1.30pm check-in because we came into Malaysia early. Thank you so much for accommodating! We appreciate it a lot. We also loved the pool at level 22 as well. Will definitely love to come back! Only one point to improve: Place was a little dusty when we came. Other than that definitely worthy of a 5 star!

Truly a kids' haven! Unique stay where kids play and adults chill. Well equipped with amenities as described. Just a walk over from Mall of Medini. Very convenient especially if you're heading to Legoland. Thanks!

We were travelling with extended family and there were a grand total of 11 of us. We had a room each and the house catered right ot our need. Everything was clean and functional. The location felt safe and there were malls and eateries within driving proximity. We spent 1 of the day in Legoland and again, the location was close to places of attraction. Will definitely return again.

The place is clean and well maintained. All the listed facilities are working well. Wang puts in effort to maintain the unit and is also attentive to make sure that we are comfortable with our stay even with the small details. We enjoyed our stay alot. Thank you very much.

This house is super safe as its the first house of the Taman and right in front of the security post. Which is gated and guarded 24x7. Your car is parked withing the compound literally right under your noses!! Not at a carpark 30-100m away. The house itself is clean and has a simple renovation, emphasizing on "spaciness". Able to accommodate up to 12 adults. Wifi and modern entertainment like netflix are readily available. Located in a peaceful neighborhood and serene environment, away from busy streets and city noise. Children will enjoy the space at the corner. Big enough to run around. We also chit chat at the gazebo over coffee and enjoy the outdoor and sunset. Besides this, no problem in getting to popular places like IKEA, Aeon Tebrau, Toppen and Austin Heights area for abundance of foodies!! Will definitely return and stay here in the near future. It’s wonderful place to stay at with family

We had a truly wonderful stay! The place is superb—spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The host was extremely considerate and warm-hearted, thoughtfully providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was prompt and helpful, with great suggestions for local food (makan) spots and nearby recreational activities. The house itself is huge and perfect for families or groups. We really enjoyed the wide range of facilities, including a basketball court, badminton court, ping pong table, and pool table. There were also plenty of board games, making it ideal for family bonding and group gatherings. Highly recommended—we would love to return!

Great place.. Good location

The place is pretty good. Surrounding was peaceful and free of car/motorcycle noises at night. Very comfortable studio-type room with all the basic amenities needed. The host was very helpful and responsive to help out with whatever we need as well. Overall great stay! Would book again next time

Good and responsive host, the unit is spacious, with new Aircons, clean and come with kitchen. the unit is right above haidilao, and next to popular shopping centres like city square, very convenient. Toilets show signs of wear and tear. overall a good stay.
