This beautiful farmhouse, immersed in the mountains of Cicolano, between Lazio and Abruzzo, enjoys a privileged location from which the view ranges from Lake Salto to Mount Velino. Perched at 900 meters above sea level, near Castel Mareri, the Caprareccia was born from the ruins of an ancient stable for goats, from which it takes its name, preserving the finishes and materials typical of the place.
