The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a block with an elevator. Equipped with all the accessories necessary for functioning: kitchen equipment, washing machine, iron, dryer. There is a double bed in the bedroom. There is a double sofa bed with a sleeping function in the room with a kitchenette. The apartment is designed for up to 4 people. The city center is 5 km away from the hotel. Near the apartment (500 m) there is a bus and tram stop. The airport (12km) can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

There are many tourist attractions on the shore of both lakes related to the possibility of using water equipment, rafting is especially attractive kayaking.
