kitnet, 21m², practical, is located 1km approximately from the center. is installed in an area UNDER CONSTRUCTION that gives access to it, it is not located on the ground floor, access by 1st floor, however it has its functionalities ok. NOTE: At the moment, there are no people working from Monday to Saturday in the yard. If this is an impediment, check beforehand whether there will be workers in the yard or not!!! "NO AVAILABILITY OF SOAPS, SHAMPOO and TOWELS for PERSONAL USE, (FACE and BATH)".

Ap 3 minutes from the historic center.

Entire Ap, bottom floor has a kitchen, bathroom, laundry and two bedrooms top floor. Quiet place to stay near the center and easy access as we are only 100 meters from the BR 476 shale highway, close to the market, restaurant and fuel station. Note: We do not supply bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets) we do not supply towels and toiletries.
