Holiday rentals with a patio in Laos

We had a perfect stay at Mark’s house - the area is beautiful and so walkable, with loads of lovely restaurants and bars. The house itself was spotlessly clean and had every amenity we needed. The fact it had three bathrooms was especially helpful, as there were five of us, and it meant no one was ever waiting for their turn in the bathroom. I was sad to leave but definitely would recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Luang Prabang.

Souliya‘s place is a lovely, two-story stone-wood house with wooden shutters. It a very cosy and well decorated home. We just fell in love with it and the surrounding area. 🥰 The bed is comfy. The bathroom complete with a nice shower. Great appliances. Easy walkable to both rivers and old town. It has a little garden or terrace, depending on whether you are on the ground floor or on the first floor. Would return anytime. 🙏🏼

Very good and clear communications, easy key pickup for early check-in, and easy drop-off too in spite of our early departure. The views from the apartment are very good and all equipment etc was as expected. We were there for Lao New Year which means a lot of things were closed and the soundproofing was tested all night. But at a different time I'd happily stay here again.

What a lovely stay! It was close enough that everything was walking distance but still a quiet areas which was great! Very close to food markets, supermarkets,restaurants. The beds were Comfy, the flat was clean and the host was very responsive. I would recommend to anyone who is thinking of visiting Vientiane.

great little apartment for a home away from home in Vientiane. we stayed for a week and felt very at home. the place is definitely cozy but works well for two people. we were glad to have a gym we could use in the building. there is a grocery store right across from the building entrance + another one at the Parkson mall just a few minutes walk away. walking distance to restaurants, cafes, pharmacies + other conveniences as well as some of the major sights. loved having a washing machine in the unit. Sounthala was very responsive when we had a temporary issue with internet access + in general very responsive + helpful.

Couldn't be better! We loved staying in Maddie's beautiful home, it's the perfect location being opposite the Mekong and a nice walk into town (about 25 minutes into the centre). The beds are incredibly comfortable, the whole house super clean, we couldn't fault it. Maddie is an amazing host, and a visit to her cafe is a must too!

we enjoyed the place very much. we felt right at home with family visiting. big great place closed to local street market. she had a sour mango tree, yummy with spicy sauce! Nathalie was very responsive from start to end eventhough there was 12 hrs apart. she had her cleaner wait for us, she gave us so many tips and taxies info to use. would recommend and would use again if ever back in town

Great place to stay in Pakse. Place is very new and clean and modern. Latana is an amazing host and speaks good English. Will be back again.

Everything was as described. I enjoyed my stay here and it was a good choice.
