A south-facing garden in front of the house will allow you to barbecue, relax or dine. 500 m from the center of Lanouée (grocery store-bakery, tobacco, post office, FDJ,...) and 5 minutes by car from Josselin, a medieval city of character. You will be 35 minutes from Vannes, 40 minutes from Rennes. Close to the large forest of Lanouée (walks, bikes, etc.) and the Nantes-Brest Canal.

This townhouse is close to all amenities. Designed to accommodate 6 guests, your kids can have fun in the play area designed especially for this purpose. The house consists of 3 levels served by two spiral staircases. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. In one, a shower, in the second, a bathtub. Bedroom on the 1st floor: double bed. 2nd floor bedroom: double bed + pull-out bed (2 single beds) Easy parking nearby.

Cozy studio in the heart of Brittany

Small cozy studio of around 30m², ideally located for reaching tourist sites and towns such as Josselin, the Brocéliande forest and the Breton coasts. The newly renovated studio is located on the 1st floor of a small, quiet building. It is fully equipped for 2 adults and the sofa can be transformed into a bed for a third person. It is also possible to have baby equipment. A garage for bicycles can be made available.

Au p'tit Bonheur

Au p'tit Bonheur (in Coët-Bugat) was refurbished in 2020: stone and wood are the main elements. It consists of a main room with fully equipped bright kitchen, and a sitting area with TV, bathroom with walk-in shower and sink, separate toilet, laundry room with sink, washing machine… and upstairs a dormitory consisting of a double bed and 2 single beds. Outside there is an equipped terrace and a garage.

Large ground floor studio with a natural and refined atmosphere located in the center of a quiet village. The accommodation has all the necessary comforts, equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as a sitting area (sofa bed) and a fixed bed for two people. Our house atypical by its size , its shape, its spiral staircase ⚠️can adapt to people with mobility difficulties because it is a little narrow and steep. It is classified 2 ⭐️and is located in the heart of Josselin in a quiet area. You can walk to the shops: the bakery,the restaurants ,the Saturday morning market and especially the castle.
