Beautiful tastefully decorated apartment. Very well equipped kitchen. Impeccable bathroom. We feel right at home, without feeling like other tenants have taken possession of the premises before us. The cleanliness of the space is impeccable. The outside is very pleasant, quiet and not overlooked. It's very easy to park right in front of the property. The city of Dijon is quickly accessible. Pascale is very kind and quickly responds to any questions or inquiries. I recommend this home 1000%

We made a stopover at Gérard's for one night. Very well located place, close to the highway. Very peaceful place. Impeccable accommodation and very comfortable bedding. Had a great night. One of the very best apartments I’ve ever booked. No stairs to haul luggage up! Parking…not the best, but do-able. I’d come back here in a minute. E dry place had quirks. Sometimes they need explaining. Took us awhile, but we figured most out on our own. I do wish that ALL hosts remember that one of the “B’s in Airbnb stands for breakfast. They focus only on the “bed” part and you have to figure out how to start your day on your own.

We were looking for a place to celebrate 30 years of friendship with our French friends. We'd be around 16/17 people. The house is perfect for a group of family/friends and appeals to all generations. The loft (annex) that had just been furnished also appealed to young people a lot. We enjoyed preparing festive meals together. The bedrooms, beds and bathrooms are impeccable. Around the house there is a large lot where you can play frisbee, table tennis, foosball. And a beautiful pool, also lit up for the evening! What a beautiful setting! The owners are very nice. Beautiful Dijon is really next door.
