Beautiful 2-room new apartment right on the Lech

The completely newly furnished property is located in the newly emerging district "Am Papierbach" central location of Landsberg, directly on the Lech with its parks. ( ampapierbach-landsberg.de) The old town of Landsberg can be reached in just a few minutes via the Lady-Herkomer-Steg . Also directly is the island bathroom and various train and bus connections are in walking distance. From Landsberg you can quickly reach Munich, Augsburg and Lake Ammersee.

Entspanne dich in unserem kleinen Paradies. Das außergewöhnliche Tiny House hat eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick in den naturnahen Garten. Umgeben von Vogelgezwitscher, Ziegen, Hühnern, und unserem Collie kann man das Landleben genießen. Dolce vita, einfach die Seele baumeln. Im Winter gibt es kein fließend Wasser!!Es steht ein Wasserkanister bereit. Bitte beachten! Im Häuschen nebenan befindet sich die Trockentoilette und Infrarotkabine.

Dream accommodation in the trees with birdsong and leaf rustling in the Augsburg-Westliche Wälder Nature Park for a maximum of 2 adults or families with 2 children. In our high-quality and stylish tree house, which is furnished with a lot of love for detail, you will find an enchanting retreat for rest and relaxation. From the loft bed you can watch the starry sky and the forest animals. A special experience is also our own dairy goats.

Living cube in the garden (heated)

A special, romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which the cube consists of inside and out. From the round window you have a wonderful view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via Airbnb (see separate Airbnb listing). On the wood and stone terrace in front of the cube, you can relax wonderfully and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Lovely!

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
